Apply with:
Apply by brush or roller to clean, dry, properly prepared timber. One application is recommended, applying sufficient primer to achieve timber saturation without excessive build.

CETOL BL Tannin & Oil Remover
Sikkens Cetol® BL Tannin & Oil Remover prepares new exterior hardwood and decking for coating by drawing oils and tannins to the surface in just 15–20 minutes. These can then be removed with Sikkens Cetol® BL Deck & Wood Cleaner before applying a suitable Sikkens coating.
